*  Keep minutes of all meetings.
*  Prepare a Board contact list and
    distribute to Board members at
    the annual retreat each year.
*  Store final approved copy of
    minutes in electronic form for
     the history of the organization.

Education Director 

*Chair the Education Committee.
*Plan and prepare CE offerings by the organization.
*Secure speakers for convention.
*Determine speaker need of equipment and expenses.
*Plan and prepare the program for convention each year. 
*Secure gifts for speakers.

Nominations Committee Members 

• The first committee member shall be elected at the annual meeting for a two-year term. The newly elected member will serve two yeasr as a committee member, and will serve as the committee chairperson in the third year of the term
 • The purpose of the committee shall be to prepare a slate of officers with biographies for election.
• Nomination Committee Chairperson and member shall not hold a positon on the Board of Directors.
