Running for Office - 2025
President Elect
* Preside in absence of President.
* Coordinate Membership Awards.
* Keep award applications updated and
current for website.
*Appoint awards committee to review
applications and make awards decisions.
* Obtain plaques or certificates for award
winners.
* Set deadlines for receiving award
applications and review criteria.
* Notify all members of criteria, and
available awards at least two months
prior to stipulated deadline.
* Serve as coordinator of membership committee.
Nominations Committee Members
• The first committee member shall be elected at the annual meeting for a two-year term. The newly elected member will serve one year as a committee member, and will serve as the committee chairperson in the second year of the term
• The second committee member shall be elected at the annual meeting for a one-year term. The newly elected committee member will serve one year as a committee member.
• The purpose of the committee shall be to prepare a slate of officers with biographies for election.
• Nomination Committee Chairperson and member shall not hold a positon on the Board of Directors.
